Engaging in art can have a positive effect on our mental well being. In this workshop, trained facilitators from the Singapore Association for Mental Health (SAMH) Creative MINDSET Hub will show you how the process of art making can be used to promote expression, cope with stress, engage the senses as well as improve awareness of self and others.
