Kopi, Teh and Contemporary Art Online:
Our Relationship with Rice

Join the senior volunteers from RSVP Singapore as they uncover the stories and meanings behind artist Chu Hao Pei’s long-term project, Seeding Sovereignty, a seed library of texts, stories and images that shows how a humble crop like rice can knit a region together. Take a closer look at the journey of rice within and around Singapore and Southeast Asia and reconsider your relationship to the land while participating in fun games with exciting prizes!

Kopi, Teh and Contemporary Art Online: Our Relationship with Rice is a programme organised by SAM, in partnership with RSVP Singapore, and held in conjunction with the exhibition Lonely Vectors. Seeding Sovereignty is now showing at Jurong Regional Library and will be presented at Tampines Regional Library next.
