Project Dreamcatchers 2015 explores the everyday tribulations and triumphs of living with chronic illness. This fourth installment showcases artworks created by a group of youths living with chronic illnesses in collaboration with 5 of our homegrown artists – Ezzam Rahman, Green Zeng, Rene Ong, Stellah Lim, and Yeoh Wee Hwee. This initiative is proudly brought to you by the National University Hospital in partnership with Singapore Art Museum and sponsored by National Youth Council as part of the SHINE Youth Festival.
