Between the World and Us
A Think! Contemporary
Primary School Virtual Exhibition

Between the World and Us—A Think! Contemporary Primary School Virtual Exhibition takes a look at the diverse experiences of Primary Four students during the Covid-19 pandemic. This exhibition reflects upon our chance experiences and choice encounters in the world through the eyes of these students, revealing their thoughts on the issues happening around them. This is a reminder that an experience or choice affects everyone differently.

Explore the artworks in four sections:

• The Stories
• The Spaces
• The People
• The Hope

Singapore Art Museum (SAM) in partnership with CHIJ Our Lady Queen of Peace, Geylang Methodist School (Primary), Haig Girls’ School, Mayflower Primary School and St. Anthony’s Primary School presents Between the World and Us—A Think! About Think! Contemporary
Think! Contemporary is SAM’s signature museum-based school programme that invites students to visit the museum either on-site or virtually to learn about contemporary art. The programme integrates school curricula with museum visits, employing artworks from two SAM exhibitions, Once Upon This Island and Singapore Biennale 2019: Every Step in the Right Direction, as primary resources for classroom teaching and learning of Art, Character and Citizenship Education, English, Science and Social Studies.
