KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Project manage and deliver to expectations the Singapore Biennale, working across teams within the museum and with external partners, in close partnership with the National Arts Council/MCCY.

Develop and deliver programmes across audience segments for the Singapore Biennale.

Assist in international projects together with the International Partnerships and Curatorial teams, where applicable.

Establish an international network of collaborators and partners for the Biennale and other international projects.

Maintain visibility and continuity of the Biennale across editions.

Mentor and supervise junior colleagues in the planning and execution of projects and programmes, as well as their professional development.

Handle ad-hoc assignments as and when required.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
-
At least 10 years of relevant experience in managing large scale art events and festivals.

Familiarity with local and regional contemporary art practices, art policies and discourse.

Some curatorial experience preferred.

Excellent MS Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint).

People-oriented, emotionally intelligent team player with good written and verbal skills.
