SAM Residents Amitai Romm and Bjarke Hvass Kure presented their work on Primer, a platform for artistic and organizational development. Primer is located at the danish headquarters of Aquaporin, a global water technology company, which has its base of asian operations in Singapore. They will describe their work in the intersection between art, technology and business practices, and present examples of exhibitions and collaborations with artists.  
 
This was a presentation of their work Scries, made with artist Emil Rønn Andersen and produced for the 13th Shanghai Biennial. The work was created using Rønn Andersens patented lighting technology and through collaboration with Danish climate scientists working with climatic sensing, simulation and modelling. Scries was a practical experimentation with the ways in which scientific modes of structured inquiry and generative modelling relate to more aesthetically oriented and open-ended engines of cosmogony.
