KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Work with HOD/Curator to administer, coordinate and produce projects, exhibitions, programming and develop collections on contemporary visual art and design.

Liaise with external and internal parties, including artists, curators, designers, exhibition vendors, museum staff and stakeholders from related departments and agencies.

Foster professional networks with contemporary artists, design communities and partners.

Schedule, plan and execute related programmes such as lectures, talks and workshops, as well as prepare content for collaterals such as website and publicity materials.

Manage, supervise and administer projects, processes and procedures under his/her responsibility, including budget tracking and reporting in a timely and accurate manner, improving workflows and processes as needed.

Handle ad-hoc assignments as and when required.
REQUIREMENTS:
-
Degree or diploma in contemporary art, graphic design, media or related fields.

Relevant research and experience in curation, collections and exhibitions preferred.

Active interest in contemporary art and design practices in Singapore, Asia and international.

Excellent research, writing, communication and interpersonal skills.

Fluency in English. Additional language abilities would be ideal.

Good project management and organisational skills.

Attentive to details and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
