Oliver MUSOVIK works mainly with photography, often combining images with short texts - stories, creating subjective narratives. His work explores various solidarity and self-organized initiatives to consider the ways in which public spaces are activated. As part of his ongoing project, Oliver is interested in community-led initiatives in urban landscaping.

 

While in residence, Oliver will explore the development of new participative models of self-organization. He aims to map various “urban commons” initiatives, notably the community gardens in Singapore to better understand how self-organised and independently-led initiatives become beneficial to the communities they serve.
